The Exonerated is the true story of six people who were sent to Death Row for crimes they did not commit. From court documents, interviews, and public transcripts comes the riveting account of their journey through the justice system. Much more than stories of how that system failed them, The Exonerated is evidence of the resilience of the human spirit, and testimony to the hope that truth can prevail.
Taking the stage after the performance for a brief question and answer period will be the Executive Director of the Northern California Innocence Project, Kathleen “Cookie” Ridolfi, and Legal Director, Linda Starr.
Proceeds benefit KAZU 90.3, NPR for the Monterey Bay Area, and the Northern California Innocence Project.
